Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Orhashi Event Space website (www.orhashi.space) and the booking of our event space services. By using our website or booking our space, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Orhashi Event Space
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from us
• Minimum advance booking: 2 days prior to the event date
• Maximum advance booking: 180 days
• Submitting a booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required to secure your date
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile banking as directed by our team

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before event: Full balance refund minus the deposit
• 3–7 days before event: 50% of total booking fee refunded
• Less than 3 days before event: No refund
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@orhashi.space

4. Use of the Space

• The space must be used only for the event type and purpose stated in the booking
• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded as agreed at time of booking
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests
• Smoking is not permitted inside the venue
• Any damage caused during the booking period will be charged to the client
• The venue must be vacated by the agreed end time. Overtime charges apply

5. Liability

Orhashi Event Space is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to client property or equipment
• Any personal injury sustained on the premises unless due to our negligence
• Cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

6. Photography & Media

Orhashi Event Space reserves the right to photograph or film events for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at time of booking. Client content and productions remain the intellectual property of the client.

7. Website Use

You may not use this website to:

• Submit false or misleading booking information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
